I’m a strategic, results-driven technology executive and lifelong technology evangelist, passionate about using IT to fuel digital transformation and sustainable business growth. As CEO of Cortrucent Technologies, I lead with a focus on innovation, operational efficiency, and customer success, delivering advanced solutions that help organizations scale and thrive.

With 25+ years of experience across executive roles including CIO, CFO, and COO, I bring a unique blend of technical depth, financial insight, and operational leadership. I’ve consistently aligned IT strategy with business goals to drive measurable impact, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery across complex, matrixed environments.

Before founding Cortrucent, I served as CFO and COO at Excel Hydraulics, leading a successful transformation that drove a 55 percent revenue increase. I also held senior leadership roles as CIO of AAMCO Transmissions, overseeing IT strategy, P&L, and growth initiatives, and as CIO of US Vision Inc., supporting over 800 retail locations across brands like JC Penney Optical, Sears Optical, Boscov’s, and Hudson Bay.

I thrive in fast paced, high stakes environments and am known for identifying business and technology challenges early, rescuing underperforming projects, and leading large scale, mission critical initiatives to success. My expertise spans cloud computing, big data, ERP integration, e-commerce architecture, CRM systems including Salesforce and HubSpot, infrastructure operations, and full lifecycle software development.

As CEO, my role is deeply rooted in supporting our clients’ success. I work closely with executive stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and ensure Cortrucent delivers solutions aligned with their vision, timelines, and ROI. Whether modernizing legacy systems or driving digital transformation, I maintain a hands-on presence throughout project lifecycles, translating business needs into sustainable, value-driven technology strategies.

Beyond the technology, I’m committed to building strong, capable teams. I take pride in mentoring talent, creating a culture of accountability and innovation, and helping people grow into leadership roles. I believe the best results come from empowering others and aligning people around a shared vision.

Outside of work, I enjoy time with my family and cooking. I take a collaborative, sleeves-rolled-up approach to leadership, always focused on delivering results for my team, clients, and the businesses we support.
