Whether I am rationalizing a tangled application portfolio, building reporting that leadership actually trusts, or introducing AI into day-to-day operations, the goal is always the same practical outcomes, disciplined execution, and technology decisions that hold up over time. ## Operational Leadership, Built in the Real World My consulting approach is grounded in real operational leadership, not theory. Before joining Cortrucent, I spent more than 20 years at US Vision, one of the nation’s largest optical retailers, where I rose from Director of IT Programming to Vice President of Information Technology. During that tenure, I owned the systems, data, and software development that kept a national, multi-location retail operation running, and modernized them as the business and its technology evolved.
