Biography
Dalton supports Cortrucent clients day in and day out by working one-on-one with users to trouble shoot their support tickets and phone calls. He provides our client's excellent customer service with quick response times, follow ups and step by step user friendly instructions for resolving their common technical problems.
He is currently attending Rowan University to further his knowledge of IT working towards his Bachelors in Management Information Systems.
