Service Desk Analyst & Field Technician
I work as a Service Desk Analyst & Field Technician here at Cortrucent Security. I’m passionate about solving problems, supporting clients, and making sure technology works the way it should—both behind the scenes and out in the field.
In my role, I act as a first line of support for our clients, whether that means resolving technical issues remotely or traveling on site to troubleshoot and implement solutions. I help ensure systems stay secure, efficient, and up-to-date, while also providing a reliable point of contact when our clients need assistance. Building trust and offering clear, effective communication are big parts of what I do, and I take pride in making sure our clients feel supported and confident in their technology.
I started my college journey at Camden County College, where I earned my Associate’s Degree in Business Administration in 2023. I went on to complete my Bachelor of Science in Information Systems & Analytics at Rowan University in 2025. My background in both business and tech gives me a well-rounded perspective that I bring to my role every day.
Before joining Cortrucent, I worked at Texas Roadhouse & Spencer’s, which taught me the value of teamwork, patience, and staying cool under pressure. I really enjoyed my time at both places and still carry those lessons with me.
Outside of work, I like to hang out with my friends, spend time with my family down in Ocean City, and experiment in the kitchen—I’ve gotten into cooking recently. Right now, one of my side projects is figuring out how my dishwasher actually works (still a work in progress!).
