Melissa Bishop, Director of Client Services is responsible for client success, scheduling, onboarding as well as procurement and proposals. She also handles Marketing and partner relationships.
Melissa brings 15+ years experience in customer service, helpdesk management and fraud. She provides top-notch customer service to all Cortrucent clients.
She graduated from Rutgers University & Phoenix University with B.S. in Marketing and Business Administration and is ISO 9001:2015 Certified and enabled multiple companies obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification.
Melissa enjoys spending time with her family at the shore and on the beach during her time off.
