As a Support Desk Analyst & Field Technician at Cortrucent Security, I help our clients troubleshoot and resolve their day-to-day technology needs. I provide technical support for a variety of hardware, software, networking, and IT-related issues, working to identify problems quickly and find solutions that keep our clients’ businesses running smoothly.
A big part of my role is listening to clients, understanding what they are experiencing, and working through the issue with them. Whether I’m troubleshooting a computer or software problem, helping with connectivity or system access, or working with the Cortrucent team to resolve a more complex issue, I strive to provide dependable and responsive support. My goal is to make technology less frustrating and help our clients stay productive.
Before joining Cortrucent, I spent more than 20 years with US Vision, most recently as a Help Desk Analyst II. During my time there, I provided technical support to the corporate office, field managers, and more than 500 retail locations. I was responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and repairing desktop computers, corporate servers, network hardware, and software applications, as well as providing phone support. My years at US Vision gave me extensive experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and working with users across a large organization.
I attended Stockton University, where I developed my interest in technology and IT support.
Outside of work, I enjoy golfing and spending time at the beach. I like being outdoors, relaxing, and spending my free time away from the computer whenever I can.
