Ryan is responsible for providing customer support and technical troubleshooting to all of Cortrucent's clients. He is a graduate of Rowan University with a Bachelor of Arts in Computing and Informatics. He also holds a CCNA Certification allowing him to provide networking support .
His background includes years of customer service experience and multi-system troubleshooting. Ryan's day to day responsibilities include resolving technical issues, maintaining hardware and software, improving user functionality and securing IT systems for all clients.
In his free time Ryan enjoys gaming, hiking, camping and to much to his co-workers surprise, gardening.
