Client Success Manager

 

As a Client Success Manager at Cortrucent Security, I serve as the key connection between our company and our clients, vendors, and strategic partners. My primary focus is ensuring that our clients receive the highest level of service, value, and support. By managing and strengthening these relationships, I help create a seamless experience that supports their goals and long-term success.

In my role, I act as the main point of contact for key client and partner accounts, making sure their needs are understood, addressed quickly, and met with consistent, reliable service. I also manage our third-party vendor and partner relationships, which allows me to ensure that everyone involved in delivering solutions to our clients is aligned, accountable, and performing at a high standard.

Behind the scenes, I coordinate the daily operations of our internal support team to make sure we are delivering efficient and effective service. I also oversee financial activities such as billing, budgeting, and reporting to ensure everything stays on track and supports our clients’ business objectives.

Ultimately, my position exists to simplify and strengthen the experience our clients have with Cortrucent. By streamlining communication, managing performance, and ensuring alignment across all teams and partners, I help our clients achieve their security goals with confidence and clarity.

Before joining Cortrucent, I worked as a Service Manager at The Sprinkler Company, where I gained valuable experience in client service and operational leadership. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Rowan University, where I was a proud member of the Ice Hockey Club. While I don’t play anymore, I still enjoy watching the game and following the sport.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with my family, going to the beach, and fishing whenever I get the chance.
