Derek is responsible for providing customer support and on-site troubleshooting to all of Cortrucent's clients. He brings 15+ years of customer service experience and troubleshooting iOS, Mac, and Windows PC in both his previous careers and personal life. Derek has a passion for working with people and helping them solve problems. He maintains procedures and provides technical support to the entire organization.
In his free time Derek enjoys photography, watching (Philly) sports and spending time with his family and friends.
